Work, under real pressure.

I work inside complex environments when alignment can no longer be assumed—when decisions are already in motion, narratives are forming, and the stakes are visible. This is not early-stage thinking. It is work where clarity has consequences.

My role is to surface what is actually happening, interrupt drift, and ensure that what is decided can withstand scrutiny—inside the organization and beyond it. This often requires confronting: tensions that have been politely avoided, competing truths that no longer reconcile, and narratives that have begun to diverge from reality.

Left unresolved, this kind of misalignment fractures momentum, erodes trust, and hardens outcomes in ways that are difficult and expensive to reverse. I am typically brought in when leaders sense that something has shifted, but pressure, time, or politics make it hard to name directly.

If you are operating at that stage, you will know.
